Store Policies:

PAYMENT, BIDDING /BUY IT NOW (BIN) PURCHASES:

• Payment is due within 3 days of purchase.
• We only accept payment through PayPal. We do not accept any type of mail in payment. 
• We are legally required to collect sales tax of 7% for purchases made in Florida.
• If purchasing multiple items please wait until you have finished shopping with us before paying. Orders cannot be combined once payment has been sent. eBay will automatically combine shipping when you checkout.
• Please be aware not all items can be combined due to there size or weight. If you have any questions please email us before bidding or purchasing an item. It will be replied to within 24 hours, excluding holidays.

U.S.  SHIPPING:

• We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Item will ship no later than the next business day from payment cleared. All items will be shipped with either a delivery confirmation or tracking number.
• We will only ship to the address as chosen by you at the time of checkout through PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• International orders will ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping time does vary depending on the country and shipping service chosen.
• USPS 1st class international mail (does not include tracking) for Canada is approximately 7-15 business days, worldwide is approximately 7-21 business days.
• USPS priority mail International (tracking included) is approximately 6-10 business days.
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.”
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
• We can only ship to the address as chosen by you at the time of checkout through PayPal. Please take a moment and make sure your information current.
• Items and/or packages over 1lb do not qualify for USPS 1st class international mail and will need to ship by priority mail.
• If customs decides to hold the package for further inspection there will be a delay of delivery. If you have not received your package within 30 calendar days please email us so we may inquire with USPS on your behalf.

RETURN POLICY:

At Convention Exclusive we want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If your purchase is not as described  you may return the item within 14 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling . The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 4 days of us receiving your returned product. 

Comic Con exclusives: Due to there unique nature, we cannot except returns unless the wrong item was accidentally shipped.

Box and/or card condition:  unless otherwise stated in the description of an item it will be in near mint to mint condition. We do not offer exchange, discounts, or refund for dents and creases caused during shipping.

Exchanges: will apply only if we have multiples of the same item.

If an item was purchased and doesn't fall under any of the above reasons and you wish to return the item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee of the total value will apply.
