Don't Worry In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from Golfbase, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. So that you receive the replacement goods as soon as possible, we strongly recommend that you place another order online as soon as you know you will have to return the original goods. This means you will have what you need without unnecessary delay, rather than having to wait for the goods to reach us and be processed. If you choose this method you should please simply request a refund for your original order when you send it back. Return Exclusions There are certain items which are non-returnable, for exchange or refund. • Packs of socks that have been split. • Packs of gloves that have been split. • Any socks, underwear or base layers that have been worn and are not in the original packaging. • Any device where the Warranty has been registered or additional software has been downloaded. • Blister packs that have been opened. Free Return Postage Exclusions Unfortunately due to the size and weight of certain products we are unable to offer free returns on the following items. • Golf Clubs (Brand New & Used). • Golf Bags. • Umbrellas. • Pull and Electric Trolleys. Do not worry our returns process is still really easy. Getting the items/s back to us. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. UPS) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. Just the same as with our other returns please simply use the slip that should have arrived with your item/s to let us know what you are returning, your details etc (just please do not attempt to send back the item with the free return label as it will be declined by Royal Mail) What happens next? Refunding products: • Please note on the returns form your request for a refund of the purchase price, this will be actioned and refunded via the same payment method as the original order, Please note that refunds can take 2/3 working days to show in bank accounts. Faulty Goods All goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the manufacturer (unless stated otherwise). If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken: In all cases we will require the customer to provide photo’s / images of the faulty item, along with the proof of purchase for that item, please forward these items to info@golfbase.co.uk. Based on the outcome of this we may require the item to be returned to us in whole or part, this is to try to reduce the postage costs for both parties. We will contact the relevant manufacturer in relation to the fault, who may at their discretion require an inspection of the item. The manufacturer reserves the right to offer a repair, replacement like for like or issue a credit voucher. They also reserve the right to return the faulty item if they feel there is no manufacturing fault. For purchases under 30 days old we will cover the cost of the return of the faulty item where needed, for purchases 30 days – under 12 months the cost of the return must be met by the customer.
