Shipping, returns and other policies, basics Where "flat rate envelope" is offered, there are limitations on how many items I can fit into one. Generally, Priority as well as Express mail flat rate envelopes are 12x9 cardboard envelopes can be filled at best to 2 inches (50mm) thickness. By filling up thickness the12x9 is reduced (fits about 4 standard size novels, or 10 standard blisters if you don't mind the plastic bubble getting smashed) Orderes generally ship in 2 business days but there maybe a short delay now and then.
