Shipping

Orders received before 2:00 pm GMT, with cleared funds will be dispatched same day by express courier(DHL, UPS or TNT etc) or Royal Mail depending on your location. Orders received after 2.00pm may dispatch same day or next working day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on next working day. We will dispatch items to PayPal registered address only, make sure your address is correct, before you place order. Undelivered items will only be dispatched after re-payment of postage charges.

Shipped with 24Hour Courier, Next Working day service and will arrive between 8:00AM - 6:00PM (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Sometimes it may take longer to deliver, due to weather or some other circumstances.

EUROPE

Shipped with Royal Mail/Express Courier, 3-10 Working Days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). Sometimes it may take longer to deliver, due to weather or some other circumstances. Some areas in Greece, Spain, Italy and Cyprus may take between 10-25 Working Days to deliver your item.

USA and Rest of the World

5-25 Working Days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays), if your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time as explained above then please contact us, but please don’t forget to check first with your local postal service, they may have tried to deliver it in your absence and took it back as they need signature on delivery.

Item Not Received

1. We rely on Royal Mail & express courier services, and have no control over their system. Royal Mail states that "Items cannot be considered lost until after 15 days of postage".

3. We process all orders according to our promise. If your item is delayed by Royal mail, international local postal service or the International Customs Inspections, then we cannot be held responsible for delay.

Warranty / Returns

• We offer 14 days peace of mind guarantee (refund or exchange), if you have any concern.
  
  
• Simply return the purchased item(s) within 14 days of receipt in its original (re-sellable) condition and packaging for a refund (minus Postage & Packaging) or exchange.

• If you have purchased a wrong item and like to return, you will be responsible for safe return, return postage cost and our postage & packaging cost of the item. You should use strong and safe packaging [Please put it nicely in the same box you have received if it is not damaged or use new box with tape on sides as we have sent it, so it doesn’t get damage in transit].

• FREE delivery is applicable within the UK Mainland only and free delivery is only applicable if you are intending to keep the item, it means postage is included in cost of the item.

• Any faulty item(s) or wrong item(s) must be returned within 14 days from receipt. It is customer's responsibility to pay for return postage in any instance. It is advisable that customer should obtain proof of postage in case of rare event of the item not being received.

• We offer three months warranty on most of our items covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage/mishandling caused by the user.

• If our supplied item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in touch with us via eBay messaging system for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return instructions. If you return the item, you must return it with RMA number and copy of invoice, and must state reason for return.

• Price listed is VAT inclusive, VAT invoice will be sent with your item.

• We can only refund or replace the item when we actually receive it back. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office.

• By placing a bid or buying an item all customers agree with our terms and conditions. If you are not up to the legal age of entering into an agreement, then you must not use this service.
