Thank you for shopping with us. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PAYPAL PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED ALL OF YOUR SHOPPING. PayPal should automatically calculate your postage discount for multiple purchases. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR ALL YOUR PURCHASES ON ONE PAYPAL PAYMENT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A P&P DISCOUNT as PayPal charge us an additional cost for each payment received in addition to the percentage charged on the sum received. If for some reason you think the P&P in your invoice is wrong, query it with us BEFORE you pay. It is only possible to make one refund from a PayPal payment due to PayPal rules. The one time refund may needed to be used to process a refund if you decide to return the goods. The equation we use so that PayPal can calculate combined P&P works fairly for most of the item combinations we send. Occasionally we have items which for size, weight or value reasons fit poorly into this model. Again, if you think this is the case, query it with BEFORE you pay you pay so we can send you a manually adjusted invoice.
 
ADDRESSES: Please make sure that the address on your PayPal details is the address you want for your delivery. If you are using a business address or live in accommodation which you share with people you do not know well, student halls etc. it is advisable to pay extra for Signed For delivery. The same applies if your post regularly gets delivered to the wrong house. If you are using a work address, make sure you have permission to do so as your parcel may be returned to us from your employer. If your item is returned to us undelivered, we will let you know and provide an image of the retuned parcel. We will be happy to resend after you have paid the full amount of postage and packing and also whatever fees PayPal charge us to receive the payment. This will be included in the invoice we send in this eventuality. This applies even if the original cost of postage was included in the cost of the item.
 
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS BUYING MORE THAN 3 ITEMS: Before you buy. If you are intending to buy a substantial amount of items that are likely to be heavy (for example more than 3 T Shirts or more than 10 belt buckles), please notify us of your intended purchases before going ahead. There is a weight limit limit of 2 kg for International parcel services and we will need to weigh your intended items before quoting a fair P&P price. The P&P prices we quote are realistic for up to 3 items, but can be totally wrong for combinations of purchases that result in heavy weights. You should advise us before committing to buy. We will need to split the purchase into more than one parcel if the weight exceeds 2 kg. If you go ahead and pay before consulting us, and the P&P amount paid is less than it costs us to send, we may have to cancel the transaction if sending it would result in financial loss to ourselves. Please use English to communicate as we do not speak other languages.
 
ALL BUYERS: We reserve the right to upgrade the method of delivery at no extra charge to the buyer if we consider it necessary. If the value of the parcel is very high, we may for example send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery so we can insure it for the correct value. OVERSEAS MAIL: All parcels dispatched to addresses outside the UK are sent by International Signed For or Airsure. We always send dispatch notifications with tracking numbers. ALL BUYERS, both UK and overseas, will be sent a dispatch notification the same day or next day after we sent your item. If you haven’t had a dispatch notification email a few days after paying, please check your email spam filter. We reserve the right to post all items purchased together in one parcel, whether or not you have made one or more PayPal payments. We also reserve the right to split a combined order in instances where the weight would be excessive to send in one parcel for the delivery services we use. We do not refund any postage savings as we need pay out for extra insurance due to a higher value parcel.
