SHIPPING/HANDLING
Best Industrial Surplus normally ships items by UPS.
We may, at our discretion, ship via another method not specified in the listing details.
A reasonable charge for packaging materials and handling is added to your shipping cost calculation. Certain large items may require a freight company other than UPS for shipping.
DELIVERY TIME
Each item sold is taken through a QA check before shipping occurs.
Due to the time needed to perform this QA check, your item(s) may take up to
3-5 days after payment has been received to be shipped. This lead time may also depend on
the quantity/condition of items in your order or other factors beyond our control.
If you need expedited service, please ask before bidding/buying. A rush fee will be added for all
expedite requests.
PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise stated in the auction details, payment must be received within 3 days of auction completion. We accept Pay Pal or cash on pickup (if pickup is specified) in US funds only.
We do not accept any other forms of payment at this time.
WARRANTY
Our standard warranty is 7 days from time of receipt, unless stated otherwise in the listing details.
All “AS-IS” or "FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY" listings will not receive any kind of warranty whatsoever. For any defective item(s) sold with the 7 day warranty, Best Industrial Surplus will repair, exchange or refund the original item cost of the item at its sole discretion.
RETURNS
We make every effort to describe each item as accurately as possible. If, in the rare event, a return is necessary, Best Industrial Surplus will honor all warranted items as specified in each individual eBay listing based on item inspection and evaluation. Please contact us first before returning an item. You will be asked for a detailed problem description, reason for return or other information needed for a quick and trouble-free return. When the item is received, we will evaluate it and determine the course of action to take. Best Industrial Surplus has the right to replace, exchange or repair your item or issue a refund at its sole discretion. If a refund is given, only the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping & handling of the original purchase will not be refunded.
Be advised that serial numbers are recorded and special markings may be used for tracking and warranty claim purposes.
