POSTAGE/DELIVERY: Most orders processed before 3:30 pm are dispatched same day, the next working day delivery by courier service is for mainland UK only, please note that certain remote areas (Highlands & Islands) and Northern Ireland are not covered by our daily couriers, these areas may be sent using an alternative courier service and may take a little while longer. Please note that most couriers will only attempt delivery on normal working days Monday to Friday. We ask that you include a contact telephone number when completing the sale for us to place on the couriers manifest, some of our couriers will not accept parcels without a contact number. Parcels sent out on the standard next day courier can be delivered any time between 7:00 am & 10:00 pm. If nobody is available to accept the parcel then the driver may leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. If nobody is available then the parcel will be returned to us. Please check all items immediately, we cannot be held responsible for any items that have been signed for as ok and then later reported as missing from the parcel or damaged.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY: We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage charges) if you have purchased an item in error, no longer require the item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned unused, in its original condition and fully re-saleable within 30 days of receipt. We cannot refund the original outgoing carriage charge for items that have been ordered in error. Return carriage charges have to be at the buyers expense and items must be sent recorded or secure delivery to enable a full refund.
 
WARRANTY INFORMATION: Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items for sale are offered with a thirty day warranty against fault or manufacturing defects with the exception of Water Pumps, Electrical Motors, Heating Elements, PCB's, Digital Controllers, Rubber Gaskets, Glassware and Lamps. These items are not offered with any warranty. The reason that these particular spare parts are not supplied with any warranty is if you have a fault with your existing part or the part has failed completely then you need to establish what caused the part to go faulty before replacing it with a new one, you may have an underlying fault that has led to the failure of the original part and if not rectified could cause the same fault with the new part. Parts should always be diagnosed and installed by a suitably qualified person, if parts are replaced without the correct in depth diagnosis the new part can suffer irreparable damage immediately, for this reason we cannot offer any warranty on certain types of spare parts.
 
WARRANTY CLAIMS: If an item does require returning under a warranty claim, we would request a report from a qualified engineer or service company stating the exact nature of the fault and the appliance details of the appliance it was installed on, this needs to include the manufacturers name and the model number of the appliance. The majority of commercial spare parts we sell are not for diy type installation and should only be diagnosed, identified and installed by a suitably qualified person, most manufacturers will not entertain and in some cases reserve their right to refuse warranty claims where specialist parts have been diagnosed, identified and installed by none qualified persons. Warranty claims will not be accepted for items that have been misdiagnosed, incorrectly identified or damaged due to incorrect installation procedure.
 
LIABILTY DISCLAIMER: The seller is not responsible for the diagnosis, identification or installation of any parts supplied which must always be fitted by a competent person. The seller will not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred either as a direct or indirect result of appliance failure, component failure, lost or missing parcels including delayed deliveries.
