I discovered reborn dolls accidentally on internet and i falled in love in front these beautiful babies. I realised my first baby in september 2007. Since, create reborn babies is became a true passion. I take pride in my work and i focus on every detail to make each of them as likelife as possible.

*~Janie's birth~*
~ skin tone~
This baby has perfect realistic looking skin tone. Her complexion has the perfect blend of undertones, veins, and blush. I build a texture skin using my Genesis Heat Set paints.
Lips have been tinted a very natural colour, and sealed for protection and the little nostrils have been delicately shaded for realism , and so backed with black felt…
This little one has a skin texture 3D, technic created by myself with Genesis that will never fade!!!
~Rooting~
The hairs are been painted to add depth on all the head!!!
I painted several layers to obtain a realistic and 3D effect.
Janie’s head has been micro-rooted with premium medium brown angora mohair bought directly from Delta Dawn Premium Mohair. I micro root with a
43 G German needle.
Then I sealed it inside the head with waterproof glue. The feel and quality of this mohair is amazing.
I sealed also delicately the hairs on the head with a special glue adapted for this technic!!! (it's my new innovation and hope you like her!!!)
Als painted hairs only, it's impossible to style the hairs...
~Manicure~
~Janie's fingers and toes have been carefully manicured. ~
~Body~
This little angel has been given a brand new doe suede body. It is just the perfect size. Her limbs and head swivel smoothly for the most realistic posing options.
Limbs have been weighted with ultra fine glass beads, and soft fiberfill.
Her quality cloth body has been filled with tendertouch babyfat bought from Tinkerbell Creation and it's so squiggly.
Her head must truly be supported just like a real baby's head must be. You will not believe how wonderful and real this baby fells to hold. She conforms to your arms perfectly. | |
