Returns Policy
Here at Color-pro we want you to be happy with your purchase and is pleased to offer exchanges or refunds on all goods returned unopened and unused within 7 days of receipt. You will receive a refund once we have successfully received and processed the item(s).
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty or the item was sent to you through our error.
In the unlikely case of damaged/incorrect or faulty goods please contact Us for advice on returning the goods for a suitable refund or replacement.
Please make sure that you have clearly read any instructions that may have come with the product, or may be displayed on our website, as products found not to be faulty when they come back to us, will be sent back to you at your cost.
If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will request funds from you for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.
