We offer a no quibble returns policy on ALL products and a Lifetime Warranty on all MaxRam branded memory products. All other products carry our guaranteed 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated so you can buy in confidence!
Any items that are found to be faulty within their warranty period will be replaced immediately or a full refund offered.
General returns will gladly be accepted within 12 months of purchase for items that are unopened and in resale condition. Simply call our customer service team on 0845 2570153 (from within the UK), 0044 1284 715920 (from outside of the UK) or email us via the eBay messaging system to request your returns number. We can also provide a FREE POST return address for all items being returned within the UK.
We accept returns for faulty items, items ordered in error, items not compatible with your device or even if you simply change your mind.
